Services and Fees

In-person

Experience the focus and connection of a one-to-one session in my personal counselling space in Maidenhead. In this supportive environment, you can share your thoughts and feelings openly, knowing you are fully heard and understood in a private space.

Online

Online counselling offers flexibility for those with busy schedules or difficulty travelling. It provides an accessible way to connect, supporting clients with disabilities, sensitivities, or a preference for meeting virtually.

Walk &  Talk

These sessions combine therapy with the calming effects of nature. After meeting at my counselling room, we walk a predetermined route through local open spaces, providing a relaxed way to share your thoughts — ideal for those who find eye contact or traditional one-to-one sessions challenging.

What I can help with

Arrow downward
Anxiety and Overwhelm
Find calm and regain balance when stress, worry, or racing thoughts take over.
Depression and Low Mood
Work through feelings of sadness, hopelessness, or lack of motivation with gentle support.
Trauma
Healing
Explore safe and compassionate ways to process painful experiences and move forward.
Abuse
Recovery
Rebuild self-worth and confidence after emotional, physical, or psychological abuse.

Whatever you’re facing, counselling can help — here are some of the areas I most often work with:

Relationship
Issues
Navigate and better understand difficulties in partnerships, family, or friendships.
Grief and
Loss
Receive support in coping with bereavement, life changes, or the loss of identity and purpose.
Life Transitions and Mid-life Changes
Find guidance through periods of change — from career crossroads to hormone changes and empty nest adjustments.
Low Self-esteem and Personal Growth
Strengthen self-confidence, set boundaries, and reconnect with what matters most to you.

The issues listed above are just a selection of the areas I have experience with. I recommend scheduling an initial consultation to discuss your needs and determine if I am the right counsellor for you.

What is person-centred therapy?

Arrow downward

Person-centred therapy is built on the belief that every individual has the capacity for growth and change. Rather than giving advice or telling you what to do, I offer a supportive, non-judgemental environment where you feel safe to explore your thoughts and emotions at your own pace.

You decide what feels most important to bring to our sessions, and together we’ll work towards greater understanding, self-acceptance, and positive change in your life.

Additional Approaches I Use

While my main focus is person-centred therapy, I also draw on goal-oriented interventions, brief therapeutic strategies, and creative or play-based techniques when they may be helpful.

These approaches can support reflection, problem-solving, and personal growth, and are used flexibly alongside person-centred work for clients who are curious or seeking a slightly different perspective.

Fees

My fee is £70 per 50-minute session.

This reflects the time we spend together, as well as the training, care, and professional commitment I bring to supporting you. Payment is made by bank transfer in advance of each session.
